Alongside their own products, they run "The List"—an exclusive, sneaker-drop-style membership program where new product drops happen multiple times a month. Customers on the list get early access to limited-release cannabis products, making the system critical to their brand experience and revenue.

Project Overview
I was brought on to ensure that "The List" platform (list.710labs.com) was stable, secure, and reliable at scale. My work focused on building a robust QA and automation framework around their releases, helping the engineering team ship with confidence. The automated Playwright tests, reporting, and Slack/GitHub integrations reduced risk, streamlined deployments, and made it easy for both engineers and non-technical stakeholders to know when systems were functioning properly.

✓Performed manual QA early on, developing test plans and workflows across staging and dev environments
✓Designed and implemented end-to-end testing with Playwright to cover core list features (sign-ups, gated access, purchasing flows, product drops)
✓Integrated automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline with GitHub Actions, ensuring deployments were blocked if tests failed
✓Set up test reporting infrastructure: reports generated and stored in AWS S3, then surfaced across the org
✓Built Slack integrations to notify the team in real time of build runs, test results, and failures
✓Collaborated closely with WordPress engineers (the platform's base stack) to validate workflows and ensure coverage for ongoing features
