Mental Health Match
Long-term QA Partnership Supporting Therapy Matching Platform Growth
Mental Health Match is an online platform that connects therapy seekers with therapists through a guided questionnaire and matching system. I first partnered with the company in 2019 as one of my earliest freelance QA clients, initially providing manual QA for their AngularJS-based site.

Project Overview
As the company grew and secured funding, I rejoined the team during a major redesign and rebuild of the platform into Next.js. This phase introduced a fully immersive survey experience for both therapy seekers and therapists, along with new onboarding flows and marketing content. My role expanded to establishing long-term QA practices and automation to keep pace with rapid product development. With strong automation, test gating, and clear reporting, Mental Health Match was able to ship new features faster and with confidence. My QA work ensured stability in their matching workflows, improved developer efficiency, and supported the platform's growth as it scaled to serve more therapy seekers and providers nationwide.
